Time pressures and the fast track nature of the construction industry often prevent project engineers and managers from being swiftly up to speed with projects early engineering requirements. With that in mind, we can offer to produce your project technical submittals for your major plant and material needs for the project. We will draft a technical submittals schedule, detailing all of the elements required to meet the project technical approvals requirements, and obtain and issue all of the technical details and data sheets from the relevant manufacturers and suppliers.
Once we have downloaded your enquiry/tender documentation and carried out our initial review of the project, and have advised you on our cost proposals or fixed pricing, our general processes for carrying out and producing your project estimate are as follows:
It is assumed unless there is a specific need to do so or we are requested to do so, that the estimate/tender can be completed without the need for a site visit and survey.
However, should a site survey be requested or required, this can easily be arranged and carried out, subject to an agreement on costs. Further, meetings at our clients’ offices or at our office base can be arranged as required.
We do not have a set fee structure as each project and the project needs can vary dependant on the input required and the overall outturn product required.
